Elizabeth has always enjoyed creating, especially with her hands, so she connected to fashion design through drawing fashion illustrations and bringing them to life through pattern making and sewing. She also enjoys expressing her design skills digitally through Photoshop and Illustrator and traditionally with draping and fabric manipulations. When designing fashion, she values the sense of feeling genuinely confident and comfortable in one’s style. The reason she chose to take the fashion design path was to be able to provide stylish modest clothing options. She wishes to eventually achieve this goal by starting her own fashion brand providing modest apparel. Until then, she hopes to gain experience within the fashion industry and continue using and growing her skills and abilities to provide detail-oriented work whether it is through providing fashion design sketches or illustrations, designing patterns and graphics, digitally drawing technical flats, or sewing and making patterns for intricate garments.
